Fue una de las primeras islas que visitamos antes de mudarnos a Grecia. Ahora que vivimos en Atenas, vamos regularmente. Como Chora corona una colina junto al mar, ofrece vistas incre\u00edbles de toda la isla. Ver\u00e1s casas encaladas, c\u00fapulas azules, y plazas pintorescas por todo el pueblo.<\/p>\n<p>La Fortaleza veneciana del siglo XV preside Chora. Sin embargo, su epicentro es la Plaza Agio Athanasiou. Aqu\u00ed se encuentran la catedral y el ayuntamiento. Camina sin un plan fijo, buscando iglesias, c\u00fapulas azules y viejos molinos de viento.<\/p>\n<p>Los mejores lugares para tomar fotos son la iglesia de Agios Konstantinos y la iglesia de Cristo. Ahora bien, si bien Chora es bell\u00edsima, puede resultar poco accesible. Tendr\u00e1s que subir y bajar a pie, o tomar un autob\u00fas o taxi. Vas a llegar aqu\u00ed. El pueblo ciudad queda sobre una bah\u00eda profunda. Aunque no tiene sitios hist\u00f3ricos, es muy bonito. Nuestro lugar favorito es la iglesia de Agios Nikolaos, con su c\u00fapula azul y paredes blancas.<\/p>\n<p>Livadi se caracteriza por su larga playa de arena, rodeada de altos \u00e1rboles de tamarisco. Nos encanta porque ofrece buen acceso para personas con discapacidad. Es amplia, extra c\u00f3moda y tiene una terraza enorme con las mejores vistas. Est\u00e1 a solo 15 minutos caminando del centro de Livadi. Tal vez por eso es un poco m\u00e1s tranquila. La playa de arena es larga, y est\u00e1 llena de altos \u00e1rboles de tamarisco. Aunque puedes alquilar una sombrilla, hay mucha sombra gratis.<\/p>\n<p>La iglesia de Agios Georgios, junto al cementerio, es preciosa. No hay mucho m\u00e1s que ver en Livadakia, y precisamente por eso nos gusta tanto. \u00a1Es una zona dedicada a la naturaleza!<\/p>\n<p>Puedes caminar hasta la playa Karami en 15 minutos. Tiene un bonito jard\u00edn con \u00e1rboles y un delicioso restaurante. La mayor\u00eda vive en y alrededor de Chora o Livadi, donde se encuentran el 90% de los hoteles. Probablemente, eso sea el principal atractivo de la isla. \u00a1Est\u00e1 casi vac\u00eda!<\/p>\n<p>Ver\u00e1s, los griegos son muy astutos.
